Rodents only
Most pest control companies offer everything at once. We work only with rodents — rats and mice. That means the behaviour of rats and mice, the routes they migrate along and the methods of controlling them are the only things we deal with day in, day out.
How we work
Every job starts with an inspection. Without one, treatment is guesswork: not knowing where the rodents travel and where they get in, the stations end up where it is convenient rather than where they will work. After the treatment we come back to check the result.
Dealing with the cause
Killing rodents without sealing the entry points is a temporary fix. So at every site we point out the specific places that need sealing and the materials to use.

What specialising in rodents alone changes in practice
In pest control every group has its own logic. With rodents the decisive things are the routes they travel, the behaviour of the species and the entry points — not the product. Working only with rats and mice, we see the same building types every day: Soviet-era apartment blocks with ventilation shafts, old Riga buildings with ageing drainage, private houses with a garden and a compost heap. It means that on an inspection we know where to look first — not in theory, but from experience with that particular kind of building.
An honest answer is part of the service
Not every situation needs a specialist. If one mouse has been spotted in a flat, the droppings are all in one place and the gaps can be found, you can deal with it yourself with shop-bought traps and steel wool. We say so, rather than selling a callout. A specialist is needed when rodents are seen in daylight, when they are in the structure or the basement, when the problem comes back after every attempt, or when it is rats — there, doing it yourself usually just means lost time.
Why we publish our prices
Most companies in the trade in Latvia do not publish prices. The result is that someone looking for help has no idea whether it is thirty euros or three hundred, and the first question in every conversation is the price rather than the problem. We publish our prices and give the final sum — what the customer actually pays. Treatment starts from €40. The time of day makes no difference: a night callout costs the same as a job planned for the daytime.
What working around the clock means
Rodent problems rarely fit office hours. A rat in a restaurant kitchen in the evening, cables gnawed through overnight, or activity in a food store before a delivery are all situations where waiting a day changes the consequences. We take requests around the clock, weekends included, and we reply to a completed form within 5 minutes. We agree the arrival time in that same conversation, taking the site into account — in restaurants and shops we usually work after closing.
What we do not do
We do not deal with insect control or disinfecting premises — those are separate services provided by other companies. If your problem is not to do with rodents, we will say so straight away rather than offering you a callout. Nor do we promise results that cannot be delivered: at sites with a constant influx from outside, such as warehouses or the basements of apartment blocks, the honest answer is regular control rather than a one-off treatment with a final result.
