How we get in touch
Fill in the booking form below. Once we have it, we get in touch on the number you give within 5 minutes, go over the situation and agree a time to come out.
What to put in the request
The more precise the information, the faster we can assess the situation: where the activity was noticed, how long it has been going on, which signs you have seen, and the type and size of the site.
Hours
We take requests around the clock, nights and weekends included. For urgent cases set the urgency to «As soon as possible».
Why we work through the form rather than by phone
A written request is more precise. In a conversation details get lost: a room is forgotten, the size of the site is vague, an earlier treatment goes unmentioned. What you put in the form stays as it is, and we can read it before setting out, prepare the right equipment and think about the solution rather than improvising on site. And you get an answer based on a description we have read, not on a hurried conversation.
What happens after you send the request
The first step is our reply within 5 minutes, on the number you give. We go over the situation: where exactly the activity was noticed, how long it has been going on, whether there are children or pets at the site and whether anything has been tried already. Then we give you the price and agree a time to come out. If the situation is urgent, set the urgency in the form to «As soon as possible» — we will then plan the visit for the earliest time available, night or weekend included.
What information gets you the fastest answer
The most useful things are the type of site and its rough size, the number of rooms, the floor, and where exactly the activity was noticed — in the kitchen, the basement, the loft, the yard. A description of the signs helps too: the size of the droppings, noise and what time of day it happens, gnaw marks or a smell. If you know whether it is rats or mice, say so; if you do not, note that it needs identifying — we will do that on the inspection. The more specific the description, the more precise the first answer.
What to expect from our answer
In our reply we tell you which treatment suits your particular situation, what it will cost and how long it will take. If it is clear from your description that you can sort the problem out yourself, we say that too and explain what to do. If the situation needs more than one visit, or affects the whole building rather than just your rooms, we say so straight away rather than after the first treatment.
